Heber S. Lacerda

Mr. Lacerda has two college degrees from Southwestern Adventist College in Keene, Texas. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1987 and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1988. Mr. Lacerda was with Regency Post-Acute Healthcare System and its affiliates since its inception. Mr. Lacerda has extensive experience in accounting, finance and long-term healthcare operations. He became President and CEO in December 2002. As a Certified Public Accountant with vast expertise in the long-term healthcare profession, Mr. Lacerda has been a leader in the success of Regency from the beginning. Under the leadership of Mr. Lacerda, Regency Post-Acute Healthcare System and its affiliates became sophisticated long-term healthcare management providers. Regency Post-Acute Healthcare System and affiliates was acquired in February 2016 by Blue Mountain Capital Management and Capital Finance Group.
